The raw coffee beans are roasted and ground to the ideal
specifications necessary for the extraction procedures.
The hot water in the extractors remove the coffee soluble solids which
are conveyed to a cooling unit where it becomes concentrated. This
concentrated extract is then dry-frozen at temperature of
approximately minus 40º C.
This dense solidified extract is then
ground and transferred to a vacuum tunnel for the subliming process
which preserves the coffees aromatic essence.
The decaffeinated Freeze Dried soluble coffee is obtained with the same
process, however, utilizing decaffeinated raw coffee beans.
