The raw coffee beans are roasted and ground to the ideal
specifications necessary for the extraction procedures.
The hot water in the extractors remove the coffee soluble
solids.
The coffee extract obtained goes through concentrators under
vacuum, further increasing the concentration of soluble solids.
After this process, the extract is pumped to a high tower where
it is dried when pulverized at high temperature.
The decaffeinated Spray Dried soluble coffee is obtained with
the same process, however, utilizing decaffeinated raw coffee
beans.
