Cocam guarantees the quality of its products throughout the various processing stages, beginning at the arrival of the raw coffee beans at the warehouses where they are meticulously analyzed and classified.
To ensure supreme quality the product undergoes various stages of classification: humidity, density, cup tasting, bacteriology, chromatography and pH, amongst others.
Cocam adopts high technology in quality control, following the standards and conforming with HACCP - Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points and GMP - Good Manufacturing Practices.
The high level of quality and services, as well as the development of new products, awarded Cocam the certification of its operating and management system, following ISO 9001 standards.


Through an exclusively developed software, Cocam monitors the entire manufacturing process ensuring that its products can be traced

Specialized technicians taste the coffee batches separately guaranteeing the high quality of the product

After all the stages of cup-testing the product is packed and sealed certifying the quality and origin
