Cocam owns a high technology Testing Lab and a state
of the art microbiology room, where the final product undergoes
various stages of analysis to ensure it quality: moisture,
density, tasting, microbiology, visual aspect, chromatography,
pH, among others. All this care has provided the achievement
of various internationally acknowledged standard quality

5S Program
Cocam set up the 5S Program in 1990, and due to the excellent results attained,
it has been enthusiastically maintained so far.
The 5S practice has brought about various benefits,
among which an improvement in the workplace and in
interpersonal relationship at Cocam. Working under the
5S concept is working under ongoing improvement.
